Concierge Package

Designed for the client who needs a little of this and a little of that. Day of the wedding:

  • Complete wedding day coordination, up to 12 hours with 2-3 onsite contacts
  • The “go-to” person and emergency contact the day of the event
  • Oversee or personally handle décor set up at the ceremony and reception sites {including set up of chair covers, centerpieces, escort cards, favors, floral arrangements, etc}
  • Delivering prearranged and preordered food
  • Pinning on boutonnieres and corsages as well as handing out bouquets
  • Vendor coordination and direction
  • Disperse final vendor payments and tips
  • Ensure the day stays on course with the timeline and details are completed
  • Assistance with dress steaming and post-wedding preservation

Post event services:

  • Tear down of any necessary décor items
  • Clean up and return of all rental items
  • Return of all specialty rental items
  • Coordination of caring for preservation of bridal gown
  • If necessary, counting chair covers, sashes, glassware and ensuring they are placed in proper transport containers

*DAY OF coordinating services is also available if you just need someone to help take care of all the little details on the big day. Price starts at $500 for an 8-hour day but may vary depending on actual amount of time needed and services you request. Please contact us further for more information.

These services are perfect for the client who is comfortable managing their budget, contracts, and overall planning process of their wedding, but wants a little expertise in the design of it. We’ll help develop an overall theme and make sure everything is cohesive.
